In the field of education and tourism Nainital has its own importance. Nainital, the sarovar nagri or the lake city is God's gifted natural destination, which was also winter capital during the British period.
Due to its historic importance and education, many passed out(girls) students are working in different parts of the world and are flying high.
The school MGGIC is the historic, world heritage, building built in Gothic pattern during British period. The school got started in 1913 and 1939 it was upgraded to High School. In 1950 it was again upgraded to Intermediate level with 16 subjects. With passage of time in 2016 it was made model school.
Our school has big, airy, with all basic needs class-room. There are 270 students. Who taken care by 14 lectures (out of 16) and 7 lectures (out of 9), who all are very efficient, laborious and dedicated.
